Enrolments

Charleville State School accepts enrolments all year around. Parents/Guardians wishing to enrol their student at Charleville State School must complete the enrolment application that can be collected form our school office, posted to you directly or downloaded below.

Once your enrolment application has been received by our office, we will arrange an appointment for an enrolment interview with our Principal or Deputy Principal.

Proof of identity

One of the following documentation is required if to complete enrolment:

• Copy of birth certificate
• Copy of passport
• Australian citizenship, permanent residence status or eligibility under a Visa category (for international students, in addition to above residence criteria)
